You can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving product.

You can return the entire order as well as one of the products ordered.

To withdraw from the contract, it is necessary to submit an appropriate statement. The statement may be sent by traditional mail along with the returned goods, or by e-mail to the following e-mail address: contact@tuliroom.eu

The statement must contain the following information: the willingness to return the product, your data, as well as the account number to which the refund will be sent.

Remember that the returned product cannot show signs of use - each element must be complete and factory-packed, the goods delivered in the original packaging unchanged. If this condition is not met, the product will not be accepted.

Remember that not everything can be returned, e.g. personalized products, made to individual order (e.g. products in which you choose any furniture colors) are not subject to returns.

We will make the refund to your account number provided in the declaration of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal from the contract.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the Consumer.
