Wall stickers for a boy's room - Cars

Wall stickers are a quick way to beautifully decorate a child's room. Stickers for a child's room with cars will surely appeal to every boy. You can decorate your toddler's room according to his interests, while gaining an amazing visual effect on the wall.

A wall sticker for a boy's room with cars is not only aesthetic, it also serves as an educational tool. Learn the history of the cars depicted on the wall stickers:

  • The first cars were invented at the end of the 19th century and were for a pair! In 1887, Carl Benz developed the gasoline car which Henry Ford popularized in the early 1900s with his mass-produced T model.
  • Did you know the Beetle was designed in the 1930s? It has 90 years of history, and a total of over 20 million people have used this car!
  • Cadillac is king! - this slogan would be a perfect fit for America's post-war era. Elvis Presley, the pink Cadillac and the one called the Eldorado. Cadillacs were large, angular and very uneconomical. The huge consumption of gasoline made them less and less popular.
  • The 1980s were the years when cars became "part of every family". The blue one in our illustration has sold 2.5 million units! It's a lot! Since cars were available to virtually everyone in those years, features such as durability, reliability and safety were highly appreciated. Four-wheel drive was also invented in the 1980s!
  • Speed matters! The fastest car can go almost 500 km / h and for a long time this title (fastest car of all time) belonged to Bugatti. But each of us knows that the fastest cars are just… red!
  • The future of cars? Electric, hydrogen, zero emissions, autonomous, maybe flying (although this idea was probably finally abandoned)? In 2003, Tesla changed the rules of the game by introducing its electric car. However, we are still waiting for a big change ...

Wall stickers for children's room - technical information

Dekornik stickers are printed on a material that feels like… fabric. It is not an ordinary advertising foil, but a polyester material, specially invented in faraway Korea and brought to Europe by the Belgians, for interior decoration. And we just found it in Belgium.

The material has a strong acrylic-based adhesive and the so-called block-out function, which means that no color element on the wall shows through the sticker.

The sticker has a delicate structure, barely perceptible (like the material), but it is this material that provides a strong and wonderful color reproduction.

The material is exceptionally easy to glue, has strong glue, but not as strong as all advertising films, for example, that catch from the first second.

Stickers also do not have the so-called transport foil, additional, which so far was necessary in the production of all stickers. The simplicity with which stickers are applied allows you to avoid this additional and often redundant point of the program.

Note, before sticking the sticker - and any wall material - please carefully prime the wall and clean the surface of dust or grease. Stickers can be stuck on the walls only after approx. 20 days from the last painting.
